Welcome to Rapid Diagnostics, accessible via rapiddiagnosticggn.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and/or any mobile application platform or digital platform developed or sourced by Rapid Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
The content of this Platform pertains to Rapid Diagnostics and is the property of Rapid Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd., having its registered office at [Registered Office Address]. Rapid Diagnostics is a premier provider of diagnostic testing services, ensuring quality sample collection and accurate testing across its network of certified labs and highly trained phlebotomists.
By using the Platform, You represent that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, as well as any other guidelines, privacy policy, rules, and additional terms referenced herein. The Terms of Use (defined hereinafter) set out the legally binding terms concerning your access and use of the Platform and our provision of the Services (as defined below).

These Terms of Use apply to all visits to the Platform, all applications operating under the brand name “Rapid Diagnostics,” and all uses of our services, including (but not limited to) associated content, information, recommendations, and/or services provided by or through our Platform.
Your right to use the Services is non-transferable. Any password or access rights granted to you to obtain information or documents from the Platform are not transferable. Rapid Diagnostics may freely transfer, assign, or delegate all or any part of these Terms of Use, including any rights and duties hereunder.
Eligibility
By using the Platform and/or availing of the Services, You represent and warrant that:
- You have the right, authority, and capacity to agree to these terms and conditions.
- You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of forming a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- You shall use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Services
- The use of this Platform entitles You to avail certain services, which include but are not limited to: a) Diagnostic testing and sample collection from your doorstep. b) Diagnostic testing and scans at our partner laboratories and test centers. c) Doctor consultations. d) Dietician consultations. e) Sale of healthcare supplements. f) Any other services/products that may be offered by Rapid Diagnostics through its Platform.
- The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any Services, pricing, or policies at its sole discretion. Any such changes will be communicated via the Platform.
Diagnostic Services
- You can avail of the diagnostic facilities offered by Rapid Diagnostics as follows: i) At-home sample collection by trained phlebotomists. ii) Walk-in sample submission at designated test centers. iii) Notification of order details via email/SMS/WhatsApp. iv) Timely delivery of test reports within the prescribed time frame.
- The Services are non-transferable, meaning only the person for whom the test is booked will be eligible to avail of the Service.
- Users are advised to follow the pre-test guidelines mentioned on the Platform.
- Diagnostic reports should be corroborated with professional medical advice and should not be solely relied upon for medical decisions.
Sample Collection and Report Generation
Sample collection is scheduled based on availability. Users can reschedule their appointments through the Platform.
Delays in sample collection may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, technical failures, or other force majeure events. Rapid Diagnostics will communicate such delays via SMS, WhatsApp, or email notifications.
Test reports are generally generated as per the communicated turnaround time. However, certain tests may require additional processing time, which will be informed at the time of booking. Users acknowledge that delays in test report generation may occur in exceptional cases.
The diagnostic Services provided by Rapid Diagnostics should not be availed in emergencies or critical health situations requiring immediate medical intervention.
